Dr. Wright is a Naturopathic doctor with 18 years of experience in integrative oncology, having spent 12 years working in hospital-based oncology teams. Dr. Wright is passionate about helping patients access evidence-based, natural therapies with a focus on improving quality and quantity of life. Dr. Wright recommends tools to incorporate into each day, to restore health and create a body terrain that is less hospitable to disease. Dr. Wright will also share pearls from clinical trials and years in practice that are considered proven strategies to help with recovery from surgery and to protect against the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy and targeted therapy. Dr. Wright believes empowering patients to best understand and participate in the decision-making during cancer treatment is an important part of care. Dr. Wright has special expertise in pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, brain cancer, ovarian cancer, and digestive tract cancers, offering fundamental support for people with these and other chronic conditions. Dr. Wright sees clients via teleconsultation services for video and phone visits and is not currently providing in- person care.
